Warranty & Return Policy

Warranty

Suitcases:

  • 5-year warranty for the body of your Samsara Luggage, including corrosion to the suitcase.
  • 1-year warranty for suitcase moving parts (such as telescopic handle, wheels, locks) and power bank.

Note regarding aluminum suitcases: We recommend handling your aluminum suitcase with extra care and avoid checking your aluminum suitcase and using your dust cover to avoid scratches. Warranty does not cover dents and scratches to the aluminum alloy.

Bags & Travel Accessories:

  • Our bags and travel accessories warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the first year following purchase.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns and exchanges for unused merchandise in its original packaging and in resalable condition within 30 days of receiving the order. Please note, return and exchange must be initiated and postmarked withing the 30-day window to receive a refund. A handling and restocking fee will apply and be deducted from the refund amount - $50 for suitcases & $10 for travel accessories and Street-Smart products..

 If you’d like to start a return or request a replacement, please e-mail info@samsaraluggage.com and someone from our Customer Care Team will get back to you as soon as possible.

 When requesting a return or exchange please include the following information in your e-mail:

  1. Order Number.
  2. The e-mail address associated with the order.
  3. Reason(s) for your return.
  4. Let us know if you’re looking to return the item, exchange it or get a credit for a future purchase.

If your return or exchange complies with our return policy, we will issue you a prepaid return label if you are in the continental US.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Products eligible for return must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact. If relevant to product, product must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.
  • Your return must be initiated and postmarked within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Once your return or exchange is approved, you will be sent a return label via e-mail.
  • There will be a $50 handling and restocking fee for each suitcase and a $10 handling and restocking fee for each bag, travel accessory and/or Street Smart product. The handling and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • We only accept returns of products bought from our online Company Store at samsaraluggage.com.
  • We offer a one-time exchange option.
  • We require merchandise to be returned in its original packaging.

Defective Products
If an item is defective, please provide photos and/or videos.

Order Refund  

  • Refund will be done to the original method of payment. 
  • You will receive an automatic e-mail confirming that the refund was processed.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days from the time your item(s) is received by our fulfillment center for your credit to be processed.
  • If you have not received a refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company.

We reserve the right to deny a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.

International Shipping Costs

International orders are subject to Customs and Duty charges to be paid by the recipient. Payment must be paid prior to shipping. These shipping costs will be in addition to the handling and restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund amount.

Order Cancellation 

  • Orders may be cancelled and refunded only if the order has not yet been shipped.
  • Once cancellation and refund are processed, system e-mails will be sent to confirm that the order was cancelled and refunded. 
  • We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. Please initiate a return by following the instructions above.
